316/316L hot rolled stainless steel plates are usually heavy and thick, so extra care is taken in packaging and loading. Each plate is supported on wooden pallets or steel frames, with corner protectors to prevent edge damage. Anti-slip pads or wooden spacers are placed between sheets to avoid surface friction or deformation.
The entire bundle is securely strapped with steel bands and wrapped with waterproof kraft paper or plastic film, making it suitable for sea or land transport. For oversized or heavy plates, we use flatbed trucks or open-top containers to ensure safe loading and unloading.
Each shipment includes clear labeling of grade, size, and batch number. Mill Test Certificates (MTC) and packing lists are provided with all orders. If you have specific packaging requirements—such as loading direction or stacking height—we can customize the packing accordingly.
