Our 201 stainless steel sheets with BA (Bright Annealed) finish have a highly reflective mirror-like surface, which requires protective packaging to avoid scratches and dents. Each sheet is laminated with a transparent or black/white PE protective film, depending on customer requirements.
Sheets are stacked with soft interlayers such as foam sheets or plastic spacers to prevent friction. The entire bundle is wrapped with waterproof kraft paper and sealed with edge guards. Heavy-duty steel straps are used to secure the stack onto non-fumigation wooden pallets, suitable for containerized or bulk shipment.
Clear labels are affixed to each package indicating grade, surface finish, size, and batch number. Full documentation such as Mill Test Certificates (MTC), packing lists, and inspection reports are included with every order.
For mirror surface sheets, we recommend unloading with suction pads or cloth-protected tools to avoid direct surface contact.
