Applications of Carbon Steel Coils

Packing & Delivery

Carbon Steel Coil is first wrapped in a corrosion-inhibiting material to protect against moisture and environmental elements.  

The coils are then tightly secured with heavy-duty steel straps to prevent movement and shifting during transit.  Protective edge guards are placed around the perimeter of the coils to safeguard against physical damage.

The wrapped and secured coils are typically placed on sturdy wooden or metal pallets, which facilitate easy handling with forklifts and cranes.

For additional protection, especially for long-distance or international shipments, the entire pallet may be encased in a reinforced wooden crate or steel frame.  

Proper labeling and documentation, including details such as coil grade, size, and weight, are attached to ensure easy identification and compliance with shipping regulations.
